Early Access Registration Terms

You must be at least 18 to join this early access waitlist. This is Awae's current eligibility policy.

Use an email address that belongs to you, provide accurate information, and do not register someone else without their permission. You accept these Terms when you submit a registration through a form that clearly presents them for your agreement.

Registration is free. It does not create a paid subscription or an obligation to make a purchase. You can withdraw your registration at any time by contacting hello@awae.ai or using an available unsubscribe link.

Awae is still being developed. Features, availability and launch plans may change. Unless we expressly promise otherwise, joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation, a particular launch date, priority access, specific features, or free or discounted access after launch.

We may release invitations in stages or limit participation for capacity, development, security or legal reasons. We will not charge you simply because you joined the waitlist.

Before you create an app account, use a beta or purchase anything, we will present the terms and privacy information relevant to that activity. Any price and payment commitment will be explained before you agree to pay. These registration Terms do not govern use of the app itself.

If the signup form clearly offers a launch or access notification and you select that option, you request an email telling you when Awae is ready for you to join, including an invitation or link to create an account. We may also send a neutral confirmation of your registration or an email to verify your address.

This request covers the notification described on the signup form. It does not subscribe you to newsletters, offers or general promotional updates. We will send those additional marketing emails only if you separately opt in to them.

We will identify Awae in our emails and provide a simple way to withdraw your notification request or unsubscribe. Accepting these Terms alone does not give us permission to send marketing you did not request. Changes to these Terms do not expand an earlier email request or consent.

Read our Privacy Notice alongside these Terms. It explains who is responsible for your information, what we collect, why and on what legal basis we use it, relevant service providers, retention, and your data protection rights. Any applicable cookie information is provided separately.

We will use your registration information to manage your request and send the notification you asked for, as explained in that notice. Joining the waitlist does not authorise unrestricted use of your information, automatic creation of an app account or unrelated marketing after launch.

You can ask to withdraw your registration or exercise your privacy rights by emailing hello@awae.ai. We may keep limited information where necessary to meet legal obligations or record your request not to be contacted, as explained in our Privacy Notice.

Use the page lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent registrations, send malware or abusive automated traffic, interfere with the page, or attempt to access systems or information without permission. We may remove registrations or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk or a legal requirement. You can contact us to request a review.

Awae and its licensors retain their rights in the website, branding and original content. You may use the registration page for its intended purpose and save these Terms. Nothing restricts any use permitted by law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the registration process, legal requirements or security needs. We will explain material changes through an appropriate notice and seek agreement where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove your accrued rights or change the scope of your email permissions.

We may close the waitlist or discontinue development. Where reasonably practical, we will give affected registrants a neutral administrative notice. We will handle remaining personal information as explained in our Privacy Notice. You can leave the waitlist at any time.

We will use reasonable care and skill in operating the registration page, although uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected by early access status.

The law of England and Wales applies to these Terms. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections under the law of your usual country of residence. The courts of England and Wales may hear disputes, without restricting any mandatory right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction, including Scotland or Northern Ireland. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, the remaining provisions continue so far as they can operate lawfully.
